DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

[Sell Jone] is committed to complying with copyright and intellectual property laws and expects all users of our website to do the same. We have implemented a DMCA notice and takedown policy to protect the rights of copyright owners.

If you believe that your copyright-protected work has been posted on our website without authorization, please follow the procedure below to submit a DMCA notice:

1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL or other identifying location of the allegedly infringing material.

2. Provide your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.

3. Provide a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

4. Provide a statement that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

5. Provide your electronic or physical signature.

Please send your DMCA notice to [skkalyan1224@gmail.coml]. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take down the infringing material as soon as possible and notify the alleged infringer of the takedown. We may also terminate the account of any user who repeatedly infringes on others' copyrights.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that the material removed or disabled by us is not infringing, or that you have the authorization or the right to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice to [Your Contact Email]. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material was available before it was removed or disabled.

2. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the website may be found.

5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will promptly notify the copyright owner and restore the material unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a restraining order or injunction against the alleged infringer within 10 business days of receipt of the counter-notice.
